PCB Testing and Inspection:
Our inspection and testing capability supports our electronics manufacturing processes and helps to ensure customers receive working product on time, every time.
Typically, these activities include:
- Visual Inspection process as part of a products manufacturing routing.
- ICT Automated Testing is utilised for most of our PCB assembly activities to ensure any eventual manufacturing problems are identified at source and corrected prior to product integration or release to a customer.
The "In Circuit Tester" allows fast programming and high speed operation as well as low overhead in Engineering Change Orders - Highly trained programming and operations staff insures maximum efficiency and accuracy is achieved during the test process
- Custom made Functional Test Fixtures can be designed and manufactured for both PCB assembly and product testing. configuration of products to end-user requirements. This enables testing of custom made products, and enables configuration of products to end-user requirements
